Question Number 1:
Under the Freedom of Information Act would it be possible to forward me the following information regarding the use of home phototherapy systems used by your community midwifery teams.

• What (if any) home phototherapy system is used in the community to manage jaundice in babies?

• When were they purchased or when was a contract agreed?

• How many were purchased? (Per Hospital if purchased)

• When will they be renewed or when does the current contract expire?

Would it also be possible to obtain the contact details of the person dealing with managing the home phototherapy systems that the community midwifery teams use?
 
Answer To Question 1:
The Community Midwifery Teams at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust do not use home phototherapy systems.
