Answer To Question 1: We use the Medusa software for the managing Medical devices within MDMS

Question Number 2: If applicable, how long is the contract and when does it expire (month and year)?

Answer To Question 2: The contract is annual renewal with no expiring date whilst we continue to use the software.

Question Number 3: What is the annual budget for the system listed in response to question 1?

Answer To Question 3: The cost for the renewal each year is £7333

Question Number 4: Please advise on the name and contact for the person responsible for ensuring compliance with the MHRA guidance quoted above.
