Yes a. • Diabetes foot ulcer clinic service • Diabetes and renal outpatient clinic • Antenatal diabetes clinic which includes seeing pregnant women and women planning pregnancy with type 2 diabetes and obesity • Type 2 diabetes outpatient clinic • Diabetes inpatient service • Diabetes Outpatient team consisting of 3 diabetes specialist nurses and 1 diabetes specialist dietitian to support patients with diabetes attending the hospital diabetes outpatient clinics. b. 3 Diabetes and Endocrinology Consultants 3.0 FTE Diabetes Specialist Dietitian, band 7 1.0 WTE 7 Diabetes Specialist Nurses - some staff are part time and others full time - Check 1 Advanced Podiatrist and Podiatry assistant - Check c.
