Answer To Question 1: Upon review, we regret to inform you that the data you have requested from our Local Portfolio Management System does not extend as far back as you are inquiring. Furthermore, please be advised that our Research and Development team operates with limited resources, and the requested information would necessitate substantial time from our Research Manager, the oncology team, and potentially the oncology research nurse. We estimate that fulfilling this request may require more than 21 hours of the Research Manager's time alone. We have however provided some rudimentary but equally important information which we could access from our systems. Please see attached with responses and attached exemption notice.
