Question Number 4: What steps do the Trust take to ensure suppliers are paying their fair share of taxes and acting with integrity.

Answer To Question 4: The Trust completes the necessary due diligence to ensure suppliers agree to pay taxes and act with integrity, this is through procurement processes, contract management, and supplier accountability. The Trust works with framework agencies (as requested through Agency Ruling 2023) and regularly relays supplier behaviours to the frameworks to ensure accountability. The Trust uses government legislations and tools to ensure fair payment of taxes (e.g. the use of CEST)
