I am seeking information regarding the surgical insourcing activities within your NHS Trust, specifically related to the following points: Overview of Surgical Insourcing Activities: Could you please provide an overview of any surgical insourcing activities currently being undertaken by your NHS Trust? This should include, but not be limited to, the types of surgeries and procedures that are being insourced.
