Question Number 1: Subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information in relation to the Trust and associated hospital/s. 1) Can the trust confirm the amount of parking spaces you offer to patients & visitors and staff on a site by site basis.

Question Number 2: Do you currently manage your car parking in-house or do you contract to a third party?

Answer To Question 2: The Trust contract out to a third party.

Question Number 3: If you do employ a parking operator to manage your parking services, who is your current parking provider?

Answer To Question 3: APCOA.

Question Number 4: What is the exact date your current contract/s terminate?

Answer To Question 4: December 2024.

Question Number 5: Is there an option to extend the current contract and if so, what period of extension is there?

Answer To Question 5: Two years.

Question Number 6: Does the Trust receive the income generated from the hospital parking and notice charges or does the income go to a third party?

Answer To Question 6: The Trust receive the revenue and the 3rd party contractor charges a management fee.

Question Number 7: Please confirm the revenue amount generated from the third-party provider if there is one

Answer To Question 7: The Trust do not have an annual figure as yet but the Trust is receiving an average of £33k per month from Public/visitor payments.

Question Number 8: Can you confirm the expenditure on the annual maintenance for the car park equipment?

Answer To Question 8: £22,546 per annum including VAT and software licenses.

Question Number 9: Overall what was the profit generated by the trust after the cost of maintaining and staffing the car park?
