Question Number 1: We are enquiring about your operating theatre technology and requesting information on the below, broken down by hospital: We have prepared an excel sheet to help with the collation of this information. Number of operating theatres in each of your hospitals and their primary types

Answer To Question 1: The Trust has 16 theatres on site and they service all specialties.

Question Number 2: The audio-visual technology installed in each theatre and the original supplier

Answer To Question 2: The Trust have legacy items in 3 theatres but this is not in use anymore.

Question Number 3: The date the AV technology was installed.

Answer To Question 3: This was in 2008.

Question Number 4: Which of the above have theatre control panels

Answer To Question 4: All theatres have control panels.

Question Number 5: The manufacturer of the panel and the date it was installed

Answer To Question 5: There is a range of panels suppliers which are Howorth Airtech Ltd, Drager and Hillrom. 10 panels installed in 1992, 5 installed in approx. 1995 and one late 90’s.

Question Number 6: What operating lights are installed and

Answer To Question 6: Q6, Q7 and Q8. Lights Maquet Xtens in 2012/2013 and Ryna Dr Mach (Mach LED) in 2023/2024.

Question Number 9: Which operating rooms can be connected to training rooms or a teams call
