Do you have a specialist service for long Covid patients within your trust? Please name the clinic/service

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust do not offer this service.
Respiratory/Medicine - Do not offer this service, Long Covid Service is held in the Community.
Clinical Psychology: There is a specialist Long Covid service in the community with MDT support so we would signpost all referrals to them.
