(d) Use of an organisational policy that discriminated against a person based on their HIV status. (e) Another kind of HIV discrimination incident.

Answer To Question 6: The Trust's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy explicitly states that staff are legally obligated to protect staff and patients living with HIV from unlawful discrimination.
