Question Number 1: Do any of the hospital sites have running applications or systems deployed on Microsoft Azure Cloud? If yes, which sites and which applications?

Answer To Question 1: The Trust currently do not have systems/applications that we directly manage through Azure Cloud.

Question Number 2: Could you please provide a list of trust sites and which system/application they use for a) Managing the patient record b) Histopathology reports c) Bloods and reporting d) Outpatient appointment scheduling e) Inpatient appointment scheduling f) Radiology / Scans

Answer To Question 2: Salisbury has only one site: a) Managing the patient record - Lorenzo predominantly b) Histopathology reports - iLabTP for managing the reports - then published securely to the Trust via Emis Health’s Review system for those with access. c) Bloods and reporting - iLabTP for managing the reports - then published securely on to the Trust via Emis Health’s Review system for those with access d) Outpatient appointment scheduling - Lorenzo e) Inpatient appointment scheduling - Lorenzo f) Radiology / Scans - Sectra Pacs

Question Number 3: What system do you use for tracking cancer patients and monitoring cancer performance?

Answer To Question 3: The Trust uses the Somerset Cancer Registry

Question Number 5: What is the trusts IT budget?

Question Number 6: How many administrative staff does the trust employ? How many of those staff support clinical roles?
