| Question Number 1: I'm writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information about salary. I would like to know the yearly salary of the male and female staff in the most senior position where a man and woman perform the same job. | |
| Answer To Question 1: Board members (Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors) remuneration is available in the Trust Annual report found on our Trust website - https://www.salisbury.nhs.uk/about-us/trust-reports-and-reviews/ . This year’s will be published later in September/October. Executive Directors have deputies however, these are single individuals so pay comparison not possible. The Trust have 88 staff in Consultant Medical roles where basic pay = £131,964. Some roles are filled by male and others by female staff. This group of staff are not all performing the same role, and actual salary will be vary widely and include different allowances. It is therefore difficult to provide comparison | |
