Answer To Question 1: Yes, we use survey tools to collect the responses.

Answer To Question 2: The survey contracts are awarded to different suppliers like Quality Health Ltd, Healthcare Communications and Picker institute Europe. Each supplier designs their own survey tool according to the Trust’s specifications.
