If Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust does not treat Lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus including lupus nephritis) are patients referred to a tertiary/ specialist treatment centre?

Does Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust have local guidelines/ clinical pathways/ protocols (including shared care protocols) for the treatment of patients diagnosed with Lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus including lupus nephritis)?

If Yes, please can a copy be provided
 
Answer To Question 3:
There are no local guidelines, pathways or protocols. However the Trust do follow national and international guidance.
Complex patients are discussed at a regional level in the monthly CTD meeting. The Trust submit data on lupus patients on Belimumab to the national registry (BILAG).
For lupus nephritis we would share care with the nephrologists, however the Trust also have a SCA (shared care agreement) with primary care to prescribe drugs like mycophenolate mofetil.
