Answer To Question 1: Endoscopy Reporting Tool: Medilogik Contract Expiry Date: 31/03/2025 Contract Value: £152,695 Scheduling System: CRIS

Question Number 2: Endoscopy/Respiratory Do you have a bronchoscopy management/reporting system? If you have a bronchoscopy management/reporting system who is the provider?

Answer To Question 2: Currently no system is in place for Bronchoscopy Management/Reporting.

Question Number 3: Gastroenterology Do you have a management system that records details of patients with long term conditions, i.e. IBD, Barrett’s Crohn’s? If you have a management system that records details of patients with long term conditions who is the provider?

Answer To Question 3: The Trust do not have a management system as such for patients with long tern conditions. The only group of patients who we have funding for and use a management system for follow up are the colorectal cancer patients, My Patient Record is used.
