Answer To Question 1: There was limited access to capital funding required to bring the properties up to a market rentable condition. Therefore the properties were sold. | |
Question Number 2: How much money did your trust make from selling the 6 properties? | |
Answer To Question 2: ‘The Trust made no money from the sale as the properties were all owned by the charity | |
Question Number 3: How were the profits from selling the accommodation used? | |
Answer To Question 3: The properties were owned by Charitable trusties - As a consequence of being owned by the charity the funds from sales were added to the reserves of the hospital charity and will be used to support our staff and patients in line with the charity's objectives | |
