Question Number 1: Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: Do you have a system to track prostate patients on care protocols that allows remote monitoring or PIFU or is this currently a manual solution/recorded using a spreadsheet?

Answer To Question 1: The Trust do not currently use a patient or PSA tracker for our prostate patients. Everything is manually inputted into spreadsheets and follow up clinic requests.
