Question Number 1: Please could you provide contact details (Job Title, email address and phone number) for your Operational Director / Commissioning Lead responsible for Adult NHS audiology services?

Answer To Question 1: The Operational Director for the division that Audiology sit within is Ali Vandyken a.vandyken@nhs.net. There isn't a named Commissioning Lead for Audiology. However, the Finance Department manage discussions with commissioning partners.
