Answer To Question 3: The Trust uses a Master Vendor to Source AHP / HSS agency staff. Vendor: ID Medical Expiry Date: 5th February 2026 (max extension date: 5th February 2028)

Question Number 4: Who, within the Trust, is responsible for managing that contract and what is their job title?

Question Number 5: Which agency is the largest supplier of AHP/HSS agency staff to the Trust?
