| Question Number 2: 2. If yes, for each organisation: a) What was the total spend per year? b) What were the pay rates for staff provided by these agencies per year (please provide a range)? c)How many individual shifts have been filled by doctors from those agencies | |
| Answer To Question 2: a) 2021/22 = £78,636 2022/23 = £239,060 2023/24 = £269,430 b) We paid a recruitment fee per person, so normal agency pay rates do not apply. c) Medacs were used as a recruitment agency, not a locum agency, so no shifts were filled. | |
