Question Number 1: Under the Freedom of information act I am requesting to find out the machine used and date of commission for the urodynamics machines at Salisbury District Hospital.

Answer To Question 1: We use the Albyn Medical Hermes device and we have two purchased in 2013 and 2015 respectively.
