Question Number 1: Under the Freedom of information Act 2000, I request the following information: What IT systems/applications are you planning to replace or upgrade over the next two years?

Answer To Question 1: The applications the Trust is looking to replace over the next two years is predominantly our core EPR applications as we are moving EPR (Core EPR, Theatres system, Order Comms, Maternity, Flow system). We upgrade most of our systems routinely across the Trust so I anticipate the majority will be upgraded over the next two years.

Question Number 2: What new IT systems/applications have you recently procured and are planning to implement?

Answer To Question 2: The only system/application we have recently procured and planning to implement is our new Shared EPR.

Question Number 3: What are your implementation timescales for these deployments?

Answer To Question 3: implementation by October 2026

Question Number 4: Is the Trust using or considering external support for any IT system/applications implementations?

Answer To Question 4: Nothing additional currently.

Question Number 5: If applicable, what current digital maternity system do you use?

Answer To Question 5: Badgernet.
