We are pleased to announce another episode of our podcast series, 'Cake with Joe and Jayne' with hosts Joe Cousins, Recruitment Team Leader, and Jayne Sheppard, Divisional Head of Nursing for Clinical Support & Family Services, talk openly with some of our colleagues, exploring what makes us who we are.
In this latest episode Joe and Jayne chat with guests Sarah Craine, Head of People Operations and Natasja Dumay, Senior Project Manager, to explore what work and life is like for colleagues that have either a visible or invisible disability. Sarah and Natasja challenge the use of the label disabled, and reveal how their conditions have impacted on their lives and careers.
The earlier podcasts in the series cover Sexuality, Race & Place, Religion and Spring & Easter. It's a fun way to discuss serious subjects and to help understand what makes up our diverse workforce.
The podcasts can be found on Apple, Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts, or you can listen to all episodes on our website here.
