What are head & neck cancers?

Approximately 12,200 people are diagnosed each year in the UK, with a head and neck cancer. The below specific cancers, all fall under the broader category of head and neck cancer.

You may also hear them referred to as either ‘ear, nose & throat’ cancers or ‘maxillofacial’ cancers, which are further broken down into the below specific forms of cancer:
