The NSS Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) will be able to offer support to you and your family during your NSS pathway up to the point of discharge. The CNS works very closely with the rest of their team and undertakes the same clinical duties as the clinical lead which includes, conducting telephone consultations, communicating results to patients and directing onward referrals.
They will work very closely with the rest of their team, which is made up of doctors, nurses and other health professionals.
The CNS is well placed to offer you emotional support, advice about your health problems and give you information you may find helpful.

Natalie works on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – between 8:00am - 16:00pm.
Outside of Natalie’s working hours, a message left on the answer phone will make sure they contact you as soon as they are back in the office, or it will give you another number to ring.
