Q: Do I still need to carry my paper maternity notes?
A: Yes! If you have paper notes, you will need to continue to bring these to all appointments and attendances at hospital so as staff can see your history. However, we will no longer be able to write in this record and will update our digital system, BadgerNet, instead.
Q: What is Badger Notes?
A: Badger Notes is the patients’ app where information from our BadgerNet system will be sent to you. You can download the Badger Notes app on your mobile device or create an account online so as you can view your maternity care information and appointment details. Q: Can I sign up for a Badger Notes account now?
A: Not quite, but you can consent to us starting the registration process. Just complete this form to let us know you’re happy for us to do this and we will be in touch when we’re ready to onboard you to Badger Notes.
