The Medical education department provides clinical leadership and administrative support. Is responsible for the education of all training grade doctors employed by Salisbury foundation trust and medical students on attachment from university medical school of Southampton for both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education activity taking place within the Trust. In addition, the department supports the continued professional development of speciality doctors and consultants. The team works collaboratively with the Resuscitation, Clinical skills and simulation teams delivering education and training to a multi professional workforce.
