Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

We are here to listen to you.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters. We provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers. The PALS Team aims to negotiate speedy resolutions to individual concerns and to learn from people’s feedback so that we can improve our local health service.

Department opening times: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Department Location: Block 62

Directions when travelling by car: Enter hospital site at Entrance B. There is a dedicated short stay space for visitors to PALS near the bus stop by The Green and use 'The Green' building entrance. PALS office is immediately on the left.
