Carers Assessments
Carers Together Wiltshire undertake Carers Assessments for those residing in the Wiltshire area. If you’re over 18 and provide regular unpaid care for someone, you’re entitled to a carer’s assessment. It doesn’t matter how much or what sort of care you provide, this assessment is
different from a needs assessment (which is for the person you are caring for). Visit their website Carer Assessments - Carers Together Wiltshire or contact for further information: 01380 710300 or email enquiries@carerstogetherwiltshire.org.uk
