By car: Enter hospital site at Entrance B. Park in car parks 10 or 15.

Our memberships are open to both staff and the public.

We are a small, happy and friendly team who are experts in our field of work. We work hard to ensure that the advice, service and the atmosphere you receive are to a high standard. We are a non-profit making centre who will invest membership fees back into the facilities provided for you. Our members are very important to us.

The team of staff feel a great sense of pride and job satisfaction when our members achieve their goals and reflect upon how far they have come on their fitness journey.

NOTICE OF POOL CLOSURE

Please be aware that the two swimming pools are closed from Monday 12^th February - Sunday 21^st April 2024 for essential pool works.
