After you have completed your treatment or you are discharged from our services, you will be invited to give feedback by completing a Friends and Family Test (FFT).
You may be asked while you're still on the premises using a form, or you may be contacted later by text message. You can also give your feedback anytime through one our online forms below or by scanning a QR code featured on posters around the hospital site.
All feedback received through FFT is anonymous. We sometimes use these comments within our promotional material, but you will be asked for your consent to do this before completing your feedback.
You can rate your experience on a scale of "very good" to "very poor" and there is an option to provide additional comments to explain your rating if you want to. This helps us as service providers understand what is working well and what needs improvement. You will also be asked for some basic demographic data, as this is also used to helps us further understand how people experience our services.
Our FFT online surveys and SMS feedback systems are provided by Healthcare Communications. The service is free for patients and visitors to access. Healthcare Communications have provided some frequently asked questions about this service.
If you would like to opt out of receiving these SMS messages or if you have any other questions about FFT or how we use your feedback to improve our services, please contact our PALS team.
